RETURN
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 28 days from the date of receipt.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging, unused, with tags included received or proof of purchase.
- To process your return please contact us at info@massoor.co.uk and we will send you the return address.
- Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 4-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Be sure to keep your return receipt as proof until your refund is processed. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
