Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for updates. Placing an Order

To be able to buy Products you must:

• Read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
• Provide your name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information,
• Provide an eligible delivery address in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Be the owner or authorised holder of a valid debit/credit card, gift card or Apple Pay account. We accept this payment methods (being VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay).
• You may place an order by clicking on the "ADD TO BAG" button and proceeding to the checkout page. At the checkout page you will be provided with an opportunity to review your order(s), read and accept these Terms and Conditions, check the total price of your order(s) and the information you have provided, and correct any input errors before confirming your order(s).
• You must check and ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order as it may not be possible to change your address before the order is dispatched.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Shipping and Delivery

You should allow up to 6 business days (excluding Sunday and bank holidays) for Standard Delivery, up to 2 business day for Express Delivery and 1 business day for Next Working Day delivery (orders must be placed by 1pm, excludes Sundays and bank holidays).

Please note:

•  Our company is using secure, branded packaging to protect the jewellery during transit․
• Massoor cannot held responsible for deliveries whereby a PO Box, or forwarding address, is supplied by a customer with their order. 
• Massoor cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses input by customers.
•  Massoor is responsible for delivering your package to the correct building in the address given at checkout but are not responsible for the security of said package thereafter.
•   Providing the item has been delivered to the correct GPS location of the building in the address, Massoor have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. 

Return and Exchange

At Massoor, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your jewellery within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return Your Item: 

Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, included received or proof of purchase.

Ship It Back: Send the item to the following address: Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process: We will begin processing your return once we receive the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4-7 working days after we receive the product. Be sure to keep your return receipt as proof until your refund is processed. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are non-returnable, including special orders and personalized products. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Please note that we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

We reserve the right to decline any order you submit. We may, at our discretion, impose limits or cancel the quantities purchased by an individual, household, or order. If we need to change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time of the order. We also retain the right to limit or prohibit orders that we determine, in our sole judgment, appear to be made by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information regarding your purchases and account details. You also commit to promptly updating your account information, including email addresses and credit card details, to facilitate transaction completion and necessary communications.
